Depending on the combination of items you order, the order processing time will vary. In order to maintain competitive shipping rates, we ship all similar items in one shipment.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we may hold the rest of your items until the item is restocked. As soon as it arrives in our warehouse, we will ship your entire order to you in one shipment.
Average Order Processing Time is 2-3 days if the product is in stock.
Most products are in stock and we pride ourselves in fulfilling orders quickly.

Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, we e-mail you a Shipping Confirmation E-mail 1 day after it ships. If tracking service is available, we include the Tracking or Airway Bill number in your Shipping Confirmation e-mail (if you do not receive a tracking or Airway Bill number, then tracking service is not available for your package).

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise then you can EXCHANGE your items within 7-10 days from the date received. You will be responsible for shipping charges for exchanges and returns.
EXCHANGES ONLY. Returns will be accepted at the discretion of Zenzele. Returns go through a 2-3 day review and processing time frame.

Sold Out Items: In the case that an item was sold out, or if you did not receive an item, you were NOT charged for that item. Although your card was authorized you will not be charged.
